I flew in from ATL and this was my 1st stop. I travel to cities all over the US and I have a pizza, or 2, at the most recommended pizza restaurant in that city. Flour Pizzeria won the Oscar. (LA joke 🫣) I ordered one Pepperoni and one House Tomato sauce in the largest size the restaurants have, because I take home the rest for my kids to try. What I'm rating are the flavors, specifically the Pepperoni, Tomato Sauce, and the flavor of the dough/crust. Wow. These were so good I ate 1/2 of each of these huge pizzas on my 3 hour drive to Lompoc. (See photo-Top half Pepperoni/ Bottom House Tomato) Best of all, when I got home I reheated them in the oven on my pizza steel and the kids and I ate the rest ..... they reheated almost exactly like fresh.

I don’t even eat pizza like how I to eat pizza anymore, but I seen this place. You can tell right away they got some good eating over here this place hit different!! You can taste the love in the pizza they use high quality ingredients from the very first bite, you just know they use really good, fresh ingredients. I’m not even vegan, I eat meat, but I tried their vegan pizza with the basil for the first time and it was absolutely amazing honestly, it’ll make you want to go vegan just because of how good it is. Thank u so much Kathryn, David and Kobe For your helping me with my order!! I really appreciate it and I’ll definitely be back hopefully next time you guys cards I really want a handheld card that I can actually put in my wallet And not just another Instagram or YouTube Pizza place to stroll past!! But I’m definitely coming back again!!

Great cook on the pizza with fresh ingredients. Very pricey for a slice and wish I hadn’t gotten the house because didn’t realize the burrata goes on after - so it’s cold. Was thinking it would be cooked into the pizza. Also wish there was more fresh basil instead of one big slice. I think maybe if I had ordered something different I’d have a 5 star review but the house was a bad choice imo

I recently moved from Upstate New York. Im looking to find the pizza that hits home. I've tried a couple places here and while this one was good, it doesn't hit home. I got half Rosa and Bianca. The Rosa was my side and the sauce was really nice on there. I did try the white ricotta side and it was pretty good. However, I wouldn't say it was half and half. There was way more white tham red, and it was super super super hard to cut. The pizza was literally the thinnest ive ever seen and all I could taste was burnt. For someone who likes a crispy pizza, this is extra crispy!! The atmosphere was cute. I liked the bar seating, and everyone was nice. However, it can get really cramped in there.

Unassuming pizza shop with perfect pizza. Almost hidden amongst the collective of other popular establishments in Brentwood, Flour is truly a standout shop that should not be missed. They serve a variety of pies and slices with quality flavors and ingredients. I stopped by on a whim with my friend Monday afternoon and we were very impressed. We ordered a truffle and margherita slice with added burrata - both delicious. Where I think Flour truly shines is with their dough, which is the perfect balance between thin/thick. Looking forward to my next visit!
